STINGERS PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Stingers Lax Cape Cod was founded in 2022 to provide year round lacrosse opportunities to girls across Cape Cod (& the Islands!).

In the Fall and Summer, we offer a fast paced 7v7 League for both experienced and new players. For new players, small sided play is a great way to learn the game as there are greater opportunities to touch the ball and be involved in the game. For more experienced players, small sided play is a great way to increase your speed and improve your lax IQ.

In Winter & early Spring, we partner with high school/college coaches, established club programs and local trainers/sports professionals to provide skills clinics, as well as fitness & injury prevention programs. Our Pre Season Prep program is a great way for girls to get prepared for their upcoming Spring high school and youth programs

Girls of all skill levels and experience are welcome to participate in all Stingers programs.

For all programs/clinics, you will be redirected to usalacrosse.com when you sign up to complete registration and purchase a Membership for insurance or to enter your USA Lacrosse # if you are already a member. Membership is valid for one year and will cover all Stingers programs for the year.

    Dates: Monday July 22nd, 29th & Aug 5th

    Time:
    Youth (Grades 3 - 8) 5:00 - 6:30 pm
    High School (Grades 9 - 12) 5:15 - 7:00pm

    Price: Early Bird Until May 1st
    Youth - $ 145 ($ 120 Early Bird)

    High School - $ 175 ($ 150 Early Bird)
